I have been speaking to all available media outlets and I did my best to expose the taxi industry corruption for a long time. Did they expose any wrong doings rather than attacking migrants and aboriginals to become mini Reg Kermode at the expense of taxi drivers?! You also write in page 2 of the same issue, “… Faruque Ahmed and Michael Hatrick for themselves … “. You never wrote anything good about me and many other dedicated taxi industry activists!

Further to Taxi Mafia Inspired Blockade (Radio 2GB) below, your radio station has been inciting sustained prolonged hatred against Aboriginals, ethnic minorities, Muslims and Arabs for a long time. Most of these incitements mentioned above are based on false and fabricated assumptions and scattered cases. Most importantly, almost all of your shock jocks do not provide any right of reply to targeted groups mentioned above. In good old days, we used to hear one or two faint opposing voices at 2GB. These days, we hear none!
Monday, 8/2/2010, at about 1.50 a.m., David Oldfield went on an anti-Muslim orgy based on supposedly an email from someone about a Turkish father and grandfather allegedly buried their daughter alive for some reason. This type of obscure and trumped up stories has been used many times before to insult and abuse Muslims and Arabs!, Where as Stories like an Anglo-Saxon Caucasian raped his mother, etc. has never been an issue to put all Anglo-Saxon majority Australians down
Salman Rushdie, Ershad Manji, Ayaan Hirshi Ali, and Norma Khouri and far too many notorious identities were suitably chosen to defame and oppress Muslim communities. Most of these pied pipers’ allegations were never proven correct to be wrong and ill-motivated. Even we were told that some of them were haunted by the FBI like Osama bin Laden! Yet, many bad media outlets made millions of stories and documentaries against Muslims and Arabs based on nitrogenous wastes. Since then, these junk media empires are using those baseless anti-Muslim and anti-Arab propaganda materials like the Gospel truth without any remorse whatsoever!
Anyway, these days, your station's reception staff has orders not to pick up the phone if I ring from my mobile phone. So I used a different technique to ring your station last night! I got in like Flynn. I said to the switch person, “I got in straight away, that means you are not busy?” She replied, “no, five people ahead of you”. I then said, “no problem, this is Faruque Ahmed and may I ask you a few questions: 1. Does your station have a policy to incite against Muslims and Arabs? 2. Does your station have a policy to not to provide a right of reply to Muslims and Arabs? 3. Does your station have a policy to ban me personally?” She then became very angry, agitated and defensive. She also told me that she does not make any editorial or management policies. At one stage she cut me off for no reason and she did not bother to take my phone number too.
Since then your station aired many anti-Muslim and anti-Arab propaganda materials.
In frustration I rang your station again at about 3.10 a.m., to set the record straight. In light of ongoing prejudice and bigotry emanating from your station for a long time, I wanted to say, 1. “Many non-Arab and non-Muslim people have raped their own daughters including fathered children from their own daughters beside many other despicable crimes! Have you or your station ever condemned them or exposed them like the Muslims and Arabs?” Alas! I have not had a chance to pass the message as the switch person left the answering machine on. Nonetheless, I left similar message to the answering machine.
In light of ongoing and deliberate hate-a-thon continuously evaporating from your radio station into the clean air of NSW, it becomes a must for the victim to react in defense and to stop these cruel and barbaric incitements against the Arabs, Muslims, migrants and Aboriginals immediately.
Failure to do so may attract legal action by your victims in due course of time.

I am a taxi industry activist and I have been exposing taxi industry corruption for a long time. Recently, the Sydney Morning Herald made a wonderful contribution to expose the long overdue exposure of taxi mafia and beyond. As a result a few legal proceedings, investigation and inquiries including the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry with pragmatic “terms of references” are going to take place soon.
Beside my taxi industry activism, I am a prolific contributor of talk back shows including your radio station. Sadly, over the last few weeks I have been silenced from the talk back radio without any reason whatsoever!
However, it is noticeable that many advertisements by the NSW Taxi Council Limited and taxi companies are appearing in your station lately! One may think, maybe the commercial inducement of the taxi industry or some other factors are instrumental behind my blockade in the talk back shows.
I hope you will be kind enough to clear the air in this regard at your earliest opportunity.

No one is asking you how to dress, or what not to wear, what to eat, not to eat and so forth! Specially, the Muslims are not telling others to re-write other religious books. Today, I rang your station to oppose your deliberate prejudice and bigotry against Muslims. Your producer took my call and she politely told me that she will call me back. At the end of the day she did not. I am sure you know the reason. So I rang back and she won't pick up the phone this time because she knew it was me! Finally, I used other methodology and rang your station. This time she picked up the phone straight away!!
Now she used trickery to avoid the truth. I asked her to pass the message on and she said that she will do so. Whether she passed the message or not, you failed to broadcast my message.

According to the Taxi Industry (Contract Drivers) Contract Determination, the bailor is solely responsible for fuel and wash costs for the taxi. However the Taxi Industry Association (NSW TIA) made an application at the NSW IRC in NSW IRC Matter No 2383 of 1993 to pass the responsibility for fuel and wash costs to bailee drivers.
The NSW Transport Workers Union who is supposed to represent the taxi drivers said during the proceedings via their lawyer, Adam Hatcher, "we reserve the right to oppose at a later date" and the TWU allowed to have passed a change to the Determination by transferring the cost of fuel and wash to those bailee drivers, contrary to Case and Statute Law.
The good CC Connor who heard the matter mentioned above found the opportunity and then he keenly passed the responsibility of gas and wash to the bailee taxi drivers without any compensation whatsoever to them. He did so despite strenuous objections made to him by myself and other drivers.
The net impact is the weaker party in the chain is carrying the burden while taxi bosses and non active plate investors etc. are laughing all the way to the bank contrary to the public and workers interest. Not long after the TWU lawyer Adam Hatcher found a chamber at the higher end of the town and became a Barrister! The then NSW TWU boss (Secretary) Steve Hutchins became the president of the NSW Labor Party and eventually a Senator after gaining the number one or first selection on the Senate ballot paper.
